Refund Policy

This page is a short summary. The full billing, cancellation and refund terms are in our Terms of Use. If you sign a written agreement with us that says something different, that agreement wins.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your access continues to the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund partial months, except where the law requires it.

If your subscription started without a free trial and you are not happy, ask us within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund that first charge in full. This applies once per office.

Free trial

When a plan includes a free trial, it lasts 14 days. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.

Mistakes and outages

If we charge you by mistake, or charge you twice, we refund the extra charge. If a problem on our side stops the service for more than 24 hours in a row, tell us and we credit that time in proportion to your monthly price.

One-time services

SOP writing, workshops and evaluations start with a 50 percent deposit. If we cancel, we refund the deposit in full. If you cancel SOP writing before work starts, we refund the deposit in full with no fee. If you cancel a workshop at least 7 days before it, we refund the full deposit. In other cases, the deposit rules in our Terms apply.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

To cancel yourself, use the Stripe billing portal. You can also cancel, or ask for a refund, by emailing daldridge@forgeagentsio.com. We reply within one business day. Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to show.

Your data

After you cancel, you can ask us for an export of your procedures and documents within 30 days. We delete your content within 30 days after your subscription ends, and we never use it to train models.
