DOKA gives your front desk instant, consistent answers pulled straight from your practice's SOPs. No patient records. No made-up policy. No clinical advice. Every response cites the exact document it came from.
This live sample runs on a fictional practice's SOPs (“NorthStar Family Dental”). Pick a question and watch it answer — and watch it refuse to give clinical advice.
Demo responses shown from the sample corpus. In your deployment, DOKA answers from your practice's SOPs.
Send us your front-desk procedures — scheduling, cancellations, insurance intake, onboarding. Any format. We turn them into DOKA's grounded knowledge base. One knowledge base holds up to 250 procedure documents — see how we measured it.
Front-desk staff ask DOKA the questions they'd normally interrupt a veteran for — during onboarding, after hours, or a busy morning.
DOKA answers only from your documents and cites the exact SOP. If it's not in your docs, it says so. It never guesses, and never gives clinical advice.
A rough estimate of what inconsistency and knowledge gaps cost you each month. Adjust the numbers to your practice.
Directional estimate: recovered appointments (missed calls + no-shows) plus staff time at ~$22/hr. Your mileage will vary.
DOKA is a staff-only assistant that answers from your own procedures — not a patient-facing app, and not a clinical tool.
I'm Dustin Aldridge — a U.S. Army combat veteran and the founder of Forge Agents. I built DOKA because good teams still lose time and trust every time someone has to guess at a policy answer. DOKA answers only from your procedures, cites its source, and says "that's not in your docs" instead of making something up. No hoarding your data, no pretending to be a clinician.
It's the tool I'd want protecting my own front desk. If that's the kind of partner you want, let's talk.
— Dustin Aldridge, Founder
A pilot runs for 30 days at one location, on your practice's own front-desk procedures. We load your SOPs, run the acceptance checks, and your team uses DOKA on real questions during the working day.
Cited answers for your staff and a list of the questions your procedures did not cover.
How many questions were answered with a cited source, how many were correctly declined, and what your team says about the time it saved.
You choose to continue month to month or stop, and you keep the gap list either way. The price is $495 a month, flat, with setup waived for our first five practices.
Email daldridge@forgeagentsio.com with your practice name and city. Reserving a slot is free and commits you to nothing. Pilots start when your practice's business associate agreement is in place.
DOKA answers your front desk's “how do we do it here?” questions from your practice's own written procedures. Staff ask in plain English and get a short answer with the source document cited. It is a tool for your staff, not an app for patients.
It will not give clinical advice. Diagnosis, treatment and medication questions are refused and routed to the dentist. In this first version it does not read patient records or connect to your practice-management system, so it does not book, bill or contact patients.
Only from the procedures your practice gives us, such as scheduling, cancellations, insurance intake and onboarding. Every answer names the document it came from, so staff can check it themselves. If DOKA cannot point to a source, it does not answer.
DOKA says the answer is not in your documents instead of guessing. Staff then ask the office manager, the way they would today. Those gaps are useful, because they show which procedures are worth writing down.
We publish our test results on our proof page. DOKA's control suite is 38 questions it must get right before any release, including trap questions and prompt-injection attempts, and it passed 38 of 38 with every question run five times (September 30, 2026). The backup model, used only if the main one cannot be reached, passed 37 of 38, and the page names the one it missed.
DOKA works from your written office procedures, not from patient charts, and this version has no connection to your patient records. Staff should ask policy questions, not type in patient names or details. We will not start a dental pilot until a business associate agreement is in place, so the HIPAA paperwork is settled before anyone uses it.
Send your front-desk procedures in whatever form you have them: Word files, PDFs or a scanned binder. We build your knowledge base and run its acceptance checks before your team goes live. Your office still owns the procedures, and when one changes you send us the new version and we load it.
Spanish is part of DOKA's control suite. In a published test it also answered front-desk questions in Somali and Hmong with the source cited, and refused clinical questions in those languages. Your procedures can stay in English.
The dental pilot is $495 a month, flat, with setup waived for our first five practices. There are no per-question or per-seat charges. You will see the price in writing before you commit to anything.
Reserve a pilot slot by emailing daldridge@forgeagentsio.com with your practice name and city. We open dental pilots in the order slots were reserved, and pilots start when your practice's business associate agreement is in place. In the meantime you can try the live demo or book the free 20-minute front-desk audit.
Not yet, and we won't claim it until we've earned it. DOKA is designed for office procedures, not patient records, and staff are told not to enter patient information, so most of the biggest data-risk questions do not apply.
See exactly where your front desk is leaking time — missed calls, no-shows, insurance intake, onboarding — and get a short findings report you keep, whether or not we ever work together.
