Nothing on this Site or produced by our products is legal, clinical, medical, or financial advice. DOKA is a staff operations tool that answers from an organization's own procedures; it does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical guidance.

Use of our products

Any deployment of DOKA or another OKA product is provided under a separate written agreement between Forge Agents LLC and the customer, which controls in the event of any conflict with these terms. Where applicable, we will enter a Business Associate Agreement.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design, and the OKA, DOKA, LOKA, and VOKA names and marks are the property of Forge Agents LLC. Your own documents and content remain yours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge Agents LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
