Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of forgeagentsio.com (the "Site") and any information presented here. Use of the OKA / DOKA product itself is governed by these terms when you buy through our online checkout, and by a written services agreement if you sign one with us. A signed agreement wins wherever it differs from these terms. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

The Site is informational

Content on this Site is provided for general information about Forge Agents LLC and its products. It is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind. Figures such as ROI or leakage estimates are directional illustrations, not guarantees of results.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this Site or produced by our products is legal, clinical, medical, or financial advice. DOKA is a staff operations tool that answers from an organization's own procedures; it does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical guidance.

Use of our products

Products you buy through our online checkout are provided under these terms, unless you sign a written agreement with us, which then wins wherever it differs from these terms. Any other deployment of DOKA or another OKA product is provided under a separate written agreement between Forge Agents LLC and the customer, which controls in the event of any conflict with these terms. Where applicable, we will enter a Business Associate Agreement.

Buying through our checkout

For anything you buy online through our checkout (today, OKA Anywhere), these Terms, including the billing sections below, are the agreement between you and Forge Agents LLC. If you sign a written agreement with us, that agreement wins wherever it differs from these Terms.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Your first charge happens when you subscribe, or when a free trial ends if one applies. After that we charge you on the same day each month.

Prices are in US dollars. Stripe calculates and adds sales tax where it applies. You can see the tax at checkout and on your invoice.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe tries the card again and we email you. You have 14 days to fix it. If the payment is still unpaid after 14 days, we may pause your access. We delete nothing during the pause, and we restore access when you pay.

Price changes. We give you at least 30 days written notice before a price change on an existing subscription. The change applies from your next billing date after the notice period. If you do not accept it, you can cancel before it takes effect and you will not be charged the new price.

Founding prices. If you subscribe at a founding price (LOKA at $295 or VOKA at $245 per month), we keep that price for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and subscribe again later, you lose the founding price.

Usage limit. OKA Anywhere tokens allow 60 connector calls per hour per token. This is a fair-use limit, not a billing item.

Extra locations. Each extra location is $100 per month and is billed with your subscription.

Free trial

When a plan includes a free trial, the trial lasts 14 days. We collect your card when the trial starts, and we email you a reminder before it ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, your first monthly charge happens when the trial ends. Each office, company or card gets one trial.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. To cancel yourself, use the Stripe billing portal. You can also email daldridge@forgeagentsio.com from the address on your account and say which office or product. We confirm within one business day.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not charge you again after you cancel. When your access ends, we turn off your office token so the connector stops working.

Refunds

Plans with a free trial rely on the trial: cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. A subscription that starts without a trial gets a full refund of the first charge if you ask within 14 days of that charge. This applies once per office. We do not give partial-month refunds when you cancel mid-month, except where the law requires it.

If we charge you by mistake, or charge you twice, we refund the extra charge.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them. A short summary is on our Refund Policy page.

Outages. We do not promise an uptime figure. If a problem on our side stops the service for more than 24 hours in a row, tell us and we credit that time in proportion to your monthly price.

One-time services

This section covers SOP writing, the Safe AI workshop, AI evaluations and custom work. Deposits and invoices are paid through Stripe. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.

• SOP writing ($1,500 flat). A 50 percent deposit ($750) schedules the work, and the balance is due on delivery. If you cancel before work starts, we refund the deposit in full with no fee. If we cancel or cannot start, we also refund it in full. After work starts, the deposit is not refundable, but if you stop partway we refund the unused part of the work in proportion to what has not been done. We fix errors in the delivered SOPs at no charge for 30 days after delivery.
• Safe AI workshop ($950). A 50 percent deposit ($475) holds the date. If you cancel at least 7 days before the workshop, we refund the full deposit. If you cancel later, we keep the deposit, or you can move the date once at no charge. If we cancel, you get a full refund or a new date of your choice.
• AI evaluation starter ($2,500 fixed). A 50 percent deposit ($1,250) starts the work, and the balance is due when we deliver the report. If we cancel before delivery, we refund you in full. If you cancel after we start, we keep the part earned based on work done and refund the rest.
• AI evaluation regression testing ($500 per month). This is treated like a subscription. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid month.
• Custom work ($95 per hour). We bill for hours worked, invoiced monthly in arrears against a written estimate. We will not go over the estimate without your approval.

Your data when you cancel

On request you can have an export of the procedures and documents you gave us. Email us within 30 days of cancelling.

We delete your content within 30 days after your subscription ends, or sooner if you ask. We never use your documents or usage to train shared or third-party models. This matches our Privacy Policy.

Free gap reports have daily limits. They are a free offer and carry no billing or refund rights.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design, and the OKA, DOKA, LOKA, and VOKA names and marks are the property of Forge Agents LLC. Your own documents and content remain yours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge Agents LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
