Privacy Policy
Forge Agents LLC ("Forge," "we," "us") builds OKA — a family of operations knowledge assistants (DOKA for dental, and others in development). This policy explains what information we handle through this website and our services, and how we treat it. We keep it plain because we mean it: the safest data is the data we never collect.
Information from this website
This is a static marketing site. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data. If you email us or use a "request" link, we receive the information you choose to send — typically your name, email address, practice name, and message — and we use it only to respond to you and to follow up about our services.
Information within the OKA / DOKA service
- Your documents. DOKA answers from the operational procedures (SOPs) you provide. Those documents are used only to serve your organization.
- No training on your data. We do not use your documents or usage to train shared or third-party models.
- No PHI by design. DOKA is a staff operations tool built to work from operational procedures, not patient records. It is not intended to store protected health information.
- Processing. To generate cited answers, relevant portions of your content may be processed by our AI model provider under their enterprise terms; we minimize what is shared to what a given answer requires.
- Retention & deletion. We retain your content only as long as needed to provide the service or as set out in our written agreement with you, and we delete it on request or on termination.
How we protect information
We encrypt data in transit (TLS). Access to production systems is restricted and protected with multi-factor authentication, and sensitive credentials are stored encrypted. We are candid about where we are: we do not yet hold a SOC 2 or HITRUST certification and will not claim one until we have earned it. Where our services touch a regulated context, we will enter a written agreement (including a Business Associate Agreement where applicable).
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our hosting and AI model providers), under contract, and only as needed to deliver the service — or where required by law.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of follow-up at any time by emailing hello@forgeagentsio.com.
