My staff are already using ChatGPT. I need to know they are doing it safely.
A two-hour workshop for your team, and a one-page AI use policy written for your office.
Who it is for
Small offices with up to 12 staff, where people have started using AI tools on their own and nobody has set the rules. Law offices, clinics, accounting and insurance offices, nonprofits, and any small business that handles private information.
What your team learns
- What AI is good at and what it gets wrong.
- What never to paste into ChatGPT, Claude, or any other AI tool.
- How to set up business accounts safely in Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude, and why personal accounts should stay out of office work.
- How to catch a made-up answer before it reaches a client.
- Your office’s own AI use policy, agreed on together in the room.
What you get
- A two-hour workshop, on-site in the Twin Cities or remote.
- Hands-on exercises using made-up examples, never your real client data.
- A one-page AI use policy written for your office, sent after the workshop.
- 30 days of follow-up questions by email.

Who teaches it
Dustin Aldridge, founder of Forge Agents in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Army veteran with nine years in IT. As a network administrator for a Twin Cities business he ran Microsoft 365, rolled out multi-factor sign-in across the whole organization, and contained an active cyberattack within 20 minutes. He now builds AI assistants for front desks, so he sees both sides.
Questions
Do we have to buy anything from you?
No. The workshop stands on its own, and it is not a sales pitch.
We already banned AI. Is this still useful?
It can be. If staff use AI anyway, it is usually on personal accounts. The workshop helps you decide on rules people will actually follow.
Is this legal or compliance advice?
No. It is practical training and a plain policy. If your field has specific rules, have your attorney or compliance contact review the final policy.
